Cocotb toplevel simulation core

Quick start

1. Install python packages with ‘pip install -r requirements.txt’

2. Copy example files to your project card build directory

3. Let create generated files (e.g. by ‘make’ with PROJ_ONLY)

4. Run ‘make cocotb’
